I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and relatively quiet, offering a comfortable experience. The staff was accommodating and attentive. However, the location was a bit disappointing in terms of treatment received, especially with a sick child. Being close to Bell Rock and downtown Sedona was a plus, but safety concerns were noted. The dining experience was great with a hot breakfast option available until 10 am, but the absence of Chinese food was missed.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were neat and clean, but mine smelled like paint and was conveniently located on the ground level next to the parking lot. The service was excellent, especially considering the hotel was under construction, and staff made up for any inconveniences promptly. The location was informative but shaded and mediocre, which made it somewhat inconvenient for exploring nearby areas. The dining options were decent, offering a variety of choices, but could improve on some aspects. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, albeit with room for enhancement.
